We offer high-precision CNC cutting services tailored to meet the needs of both industrial and custom projects. Using advanced computer-controlled machinery, we can accurately cut a wide range of materials—including wood, metal, plastic, and composites—with exceptional consistency and efficiency. Whether you need intricate parts for manufacturing or custom designs for creative applications, our CNC cutting capabilities ensure clean edges, tight tolerances, and a fast turnaround. From prototypes to full production runs, we’re equipped to bring your designs to life with precision and reliability

We are capable of putting together a project in a couple of different products and making templates or final products.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Long does it take to design out a panel?

The typical panel can be designed in about an hour to an hour and a half.  Usually this is pretty cut and dry you already know what instruments your keeping and replacing so its a matter of organizing them in accordance with the STC's for installation (Aspen pilot viewing aspects etc.)

Will you design a panel and send me the CAD file for my own Shop to Cut?

This is a case by case basis but typically yes we can.  The problem with this typically comes with the sizes, Since I am used to the exact size of what a panel will typically take I know the limitations of the software and the issues with every aircraft being different.  This is also why we typically cut a plastic panel first to test fit and make sure.   But the short answer is typically yes we can do this.

Are CNC cut panels accurate?

The Machines typically run with a .001 tolerance.  The issue I have ran into over the years is that different instrument manufactures have slight variations, I know that the typical 3-1/8 hole will work for 90% of instruments but Mid continent gauges are typically just a tiny tiny bit bigger.  So in our planning if i know your putting in a mid continent gauge instead of a perfect 3.125 hole i would do 3.130.  That way it will slide in pretty as you please with no tight rubbing! Size wise is only 0.005 bigger but that makes a difference!  Same with Aircraft a majority of them are just slightly off.  So yes they are very accurate but can have some variations just like the aircraft they are going into.  No two bonanza's have ever been the same!
